Too bad you can't tell the county they will have the noise problem regardless if you close early or not cause everyone will just go from the track to the street. Tell them if they wanna prevent street racing they better let you stay open til 2. If not lets get some spray paint and a measuring wheel and mark out 41 right in front of the track !!
