unfortunatly.....this...like many other situations where land....community interests.....and MONEY are at stake....this is going to be about politics...civic politics....if somehow Jane cant get a handle on this....and thru a war of attrition (read that as ''time''), that track takes a dive and gets closed somehow, dont look for some kind of change of ownership to save anything....cuz most likely there'll be somebody in the village, the county or in local politics that wont want that track re-opened, and if jane isnt at the helm then most likely whoever it is in the local political drivers seat will have very real tools at thier disposal to keep that place from ''re-opening'' as a dragstrip......janes grandfathered in....and unless she's got deep pockets....well this just doesnt look good unless it gets figurd out soon.....ok....i'll stop the long blasts......promise....i just like racing at 41........and i dont wanna cross any picket lines.....

Have you not been reading what is going on? US41 needs everyone to stay away until we get this done legally. Going to the track for Norm Nevinger is only going to make things worse. If you had any loyalty towards US41 then you would stay away. I have not gone anywhere and I don't plan on going anywhere. I will stay with Jane Nevinger til the end with her fight against Norman. I would hope you guys would do the same. Supporting Norman right now is only going to fund his legal issues at trying to stay out of jail.
