As far as pricing, I read that racers got in free and spectators got in for $10. I rode the minibike in, and despite planning on racing it, I still got charged. Then it was $12 instead of $10, and I had 11 on me. So I still owe the guy at the gate $1.

God, I needed last night, it's been so hard going through racing withdrawels :p: I didn't get to see to much as we kept working on my car but there looked to be a great short notice turnout with alot of serious rides. Also, for what everything was, the track was working awesome. I came out with a completely fresh suspension and the car hooked everytime and never got silly down the track at all (tho I know i'm not making much power)

I ended up breaking my lokar throttle cable in 2 spots up where it connects on the throttle body and had I believe a "Chris" (my memory sucks bad) with a blue 2nd gen camaro help me out by letting my dad use his welder on it. I really appreciate that, the car made it through the night.

My car is leaving really soft and seems to squat some but it's coming along, got a vid or 2 i'll post to get peoples comments and suggestions on it.

Saw Denny, Kenny, Mike, Jim, Fuk_N_Junk, BigMac, Spdracr, Cindy, Lacey and so on. Sorry I can't think of everyones name right now, was a crazy night.

There will be NO timing system's. This is for street racing only this Sunday night 5pm to 10pm. Sept 2...

No timing systems because we don't have any right now. We are charging for spectator only. You race for free. Come on out and spread the word. Might be fun. Lets see how well it goes.

I guess I can see the confusion about racing for free, but you still had to pay the spectator fee of $12.00. Nowhere does it say $10 or $5:think:

I got fendered by a camaro last night, but we agreed I would not use the break, and well...... I have manual brakes so it didnt work out so well, so I just wacked it from the line, so I fucked that one myslef. Oh well, he blew apart his altenator so i dont feel like it was all a loss :laughing: Glad to meet everyone I did out there, and lots of fast shit. I cant wait for SCC w/o the timing sysem.

Speed Inc. speed density tuned it, made some good power for what it is :yup: Too bad it's a n2o motor and a n2o converter, kinda a pig outta the hole, now I just need to wire in the trans brake button

We were going to whore around for a belt that night,(lost the alt. belt first pass) but figured we had enough shit with (thank God for that - i.e. batt.charger,etc.) to finish out the night.

Besides, I really doubted that anybody had a belt slightly longer than a newspaper rubber band.LOL:D
