Nope, not actively selling it yet, I was going to do it myself, but the realtor gets a flat rate for lots, I think it's like $700. It should be on McColly in July....

I'm in the process of buying the lot next to my house. It's a small subdivision, but I will be the only one with 2 lots and I'm going to build a nice heated, air conditioned 40x80 o it, side it to look just like my house and some wondows all for under $40K, making my property value triple. Should not have a SINGLE problem selling it.
