Poor Vette has had the shit beat out of it..... :laughing:

So last night I went out to the barn to give the Vette the once over, as it broke the belt on the last (11th) rip at SCC.....

First thing I did was check all of the pulleys to make sure they turned freely.... The alternator was locked solid.... After pulling it off I realized it was locked because of the mile of belt that was tangled in it.... After about an hour of screwing around with it I got it to turn again (still a little shit in it so it does need to be pulled back apart).... I got the car fired up with the old belt and it is charging...

But..... after running 5-10 mins. it was at 250 deg.... It may be a little low on water.... It will need further investigation after I get the Camaro running this weekend....
