Parts of the Tricky Chevelle have been recovered!
More news when it comes in. Yes we know who stole the Chevelle.


Just setting here thinking I wonder if anyone has ever talked. Its been awhile now. I figure whoever stole this car has had to made some bad blood with someone since then. So maybe there is a person out there that is ready to drop a dime. I am sure we could work out a good $$$ reward for the return of the car or at least some of the car. Still looking for the TRICKY CHEVELLE that was stolen from Hobart, IN in may of 2004.
The Chevelle had a EPD headed 565 BBC with a custom DME intake. A one-off single carb intake. Pro fogger, Pro system carb, Bowtie block, custom one-off nitrous pistons, custom Cam (You won't find in any books). Fisher 400 Trans, Fab 9 inch rear, custom TRZ lower arms that are also one-off items. RK wiring design, only 2 cars in the country have this electrical board by RK wiring. The Tricky chevelle and My 80 Malibu. As you can see this car had a lot of items that you don't see everyday. I will include picture of wiring in car. In response to your lowjack question. Yes a squad car can only detect it if it has a scanner/onboard computer, But the owner who had the lowjack also has a locator type device so they know where whatever the lowjack is on. You see them alot on heavy construction machinery.
