yes, about the track being sold, not a thing about chaos. frankly, not having chaos would be one of the most foolish moves i have ever seen! i won't be surprised when it happens, though. they probably want to make it a big time national event track and they think they won't need the one event that kept the track afloat for all these years, but that's what smart buisiness men do, and thats why we're just greasy gearheads. watch it happen....and then watch me hit the grove for rsd!

i hear you, and think about the liability that scc would have. it is an outlaw event, no real rules, no real tech, and ihra won't stand for that, i don't know, i just hope its not true, but where there's smoke....

Exactly.

Hope this ain't the case.... chaos is a lot of fun. At least there are other tracks around here if it is. But it probably won't be the same.

Looks like Paul was right. Big businesss is taking over and Oprey is going to turn the track into a Lama farm :eek:

hey, i didn't start the no more scc rumor, and i'll admit i was doing alot of speculating, but who's to say if someone bought the track that they could'nt cancel the scc's? i know what was on the schedule.

Not only that i herd that the owners bought us30's
property so they wont build a track there ? plus norm
and his partners bought the old girls prison just east
of kankakee to build a oval and dragstrip ? It might be
bull shit but you never know, i would call the county
over there and they will tell you if anyone bought the
property, and who it was ! or if anyone know's were it is go by there and see for yourself.
