Torque converter slip

After stall speed, is there slip in the converter? Yes right? So whats a good percentage to figure out actual MPH. I don't beleive the MPH of my pass friday night based on the RPM at the top end.

that would work, but I don't know the MPH. Can anybody throw out some numbers that they have seen.
