Well Joe took 2nd place in trophy on the good side. The Bu was having major throttle problems, when you line lock to do a burn out the car would shut down......neeedless to say that we never found the problem. My car I have to have front end work, everytime I click 2 the front tires would do weebie whabel:scared:.....after this happened twice Phil say put it on the trailer. So I was told by others that I need to change the lower control arms.........What did you do to your car George to prevent this problem. The main thing George is that we had FUN:yup: Plus right now I'M TIRED AS FUCK!!!! I WILL CATCH UP W/YOU THIS EVENING.

What did I do..... Spent about 1k on all new front end stuff.... With the limiters on my car the front wheels wobble pretty bad on landing, but I don't feel it in the car.... I have seen many Camaros do this, so I am not worried.....

Leave the car racked up and drag it over to MTS and have him put it up in the air and take a look at it..... Give him a call 815-464-7366 and I am sure he'd be willing to do that for you....

I can grab the trailer from the shop.... If that helps you out....

Damn straight. If it's a good event then theirs no reason not to show up. Every style of drag racing was represented. Heads up, brackets, money races(with spots), grudge racing, clocks off, clocks on, you name it. Just make sure you make it back next year. We are talking about doing some more things on saturday next time as well, ie. burnout contests, car shows, etc... How many races did you get approached about. I know scotty K with the black 'stang got approached all weekend about some money races. No one wanted to race me though:think: My junk just looks fast:spots: Take care and I hope to see you at the track soon.

I know some people had it at the track, but I did not really have the stomach to watch it at the time. I'll be back next year with a new chassis and more spray. I think the event was a great. A nice sized crown even with the rain on sunday. It's only going to get bigger in the future. Some people still think that the race it at the grove for some reason.(probly because there were about 20 thousand people in the house the last and final time we had the event at the grove, but that's what they get for being shady.) The grove's race is completely unofficial and they may not even have it. Our race is the REAL Black Sunday. Make sure to check our website UBDRAW.org for some pics and info on the St. Louis and Indy black sunday events. There is even talk of expanding to atlanta or memphis for another black sunday event. Stay tuned for that announcement Take it easy and I'll se at the races.
